I experience of this dealership was that it was a miracle. I just driven from Michigan and my new Kia Nero when suddenly I got warnings and limped into Maryland very stressed out. No dealership near Severna Park was willing to do a night diagnostic until I found the bowie Kia dealership. The staff was nice and accommodating, to a late afternoon appointment being made to change a tire. They even help identify a few other things that I needed to take care of and they were honest and courteous about it; not being pushy to upsell me on more service.

Ronald was excellent! When scheduling my appt I was told to plan on being there 4-8 hours. He ensured I was out in 2. He explained me additional options of service but didn’t browbeat me to pick any. He walked me to the car to ensure the sticker was installed for the next oil change and was a true gentleman.

They take the car in quickly for an appointment unlike other dealerships where you wait for days and weeks to get in turn around is just as quick as long as there’s nothing major. I arrived about 15 minutes late for my 9:00am appointment , everyone was friendly and welcoming Ronald Gray the service representative kept me informed kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I am scheduled to come in on Wednesday 10/16 to have the needed repairs completed and I look forward to it.
Jeremy helped me with my service yesterday and he was amazing from start to finish. I love that he gave me an estimate for the time and cost before I had to ask. We took our Kia Niro plug-in for a recall service. Kia.of.Bowie and Dave in service were polite, patient with my numerous questions and performed the repairs in the time frame they quoted; and the coffee was good and free. All in all, time well spent.
I took my car in for service and the representative, Jeremy, was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. He was communicative about the need to order parts for the service, guest amenities and relayed additional information about a potential problem to be mindful of in the future and finally escorted me to my car at the end to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. Since the first time I came to this dealership just to get my tire fixed the people here have been very nice very helpful about everything especially because I was at another BOWIE dealership, which is much further away from my house. They explained to me and told me that I could actually come to them instead.
It is very convenient from where I live. About 5 minutes away. Although Annapolis is 15 minutes it is not far either. My only complaint is service wait is so long. I was there today 41/2 hours. Not use to long waits when appointments are made.

We had a great car buying experience at Kia of Bowie, Cebron Lawrence, our salesman was awesome, he was patient with us and put us in an awesome vehicle. Andre the sales manager bent over backwards to make the deal affordable. The sales team was a 5 out of 5.
