My experience with Kia was extremely refreshing, although the process too a minute, I still walked out of there happy and satisfy with my purchase and the car I chose. From the moment I stepped in for my appointment I was greeted and treated with top notch service. Charles was a great advisor, translated the recommendations to non mechanical terms, promptly gave the shuttle my information for requested transportation and didnt miss a beat while managing multiple customers. They are extremely poor in service. I was very disappointed with the experience I had. The worst part is that they performed a tire rotation on my Kia Sorento, and the tires were not tightened back properly. This almost cost me my life.

Two Kia dealerships in my area. One said you can bring your car in today but we'll need to keep it for a few DAYS before we can get to it (to test a bad battery). Kia of Bowie said bring it in tomorrow and we'll fix it while you wait. They tested it, replaced it, and sent me on my way in the same afternoon. Very friendly crew.

Very unprofessional dealership. Salesperson kept talking negative about the way the dealership conducts their business. Credit application program did not work on their computers. Pushed to sign paperwork before finance could tell us what our payment options where. Very shady processes. Whole sales transaction took over 3 hours. Vehicle was certified used but after one week the headlights is out. Front fender is falling apart. Seal on sunroof is broke.

Its pretty clean, they gave me an hour and a half estimate but it was more like 2 hours which wasn’t bad. The managers were nice and the technicians seemed savvy. People worry about upsales but I didn’t experience that here.

Purchase 2018 Kia Stinger December of 2018. Beautiful car. Kia of Bowie sold me a car with possible hood damage. Never told me or list it. My car as of 2024 Dec. only has 20,000 miles. 1.my hood of my car has cracks faded paint and changed color. from the rest of my car. No ceramic paint or coating. I experience of this dealership was that it was a miracle. I just driven from Michigan and my new Kia Nero when suddenly I got warnings and limped into Maryland very stressed out. The staff, especially the young lady receptionist, are very rude and unorganized. After they had my car for several days I had to call to get a status. After, I was told my car would be there additional days to wait for a part to come in that might fix the problem. I spoke with a manager that supported the staff lack of customer service. Therefore, I informed them that I will pick my car up and take it to another favorable dealership for service.

I when to the service department and told them one of my tires had a slow leak. It was the same tire they had repaired maybe 2 months ago. So they told me they were ordering a replacement tire and setup my appointment for the next day. Showed up to an appointment to replace a tire. Waited over an hour before they told me that they didn't order the tire. Why did it take that long. I will never know. I looked out in the parking lot and apparently my car had been done, for who knows how long, and they hadn’t come to get me from the lobby to tell me it was ready. No offer for a free or reduced price oil change for wasting my time. Not going to use this dealership again.

Ronald was excellent! When scheduling my appt I was told to plan on being there 4-8 hours. He ensured I was out in 2. He explained me additional options of service but didn’t browbeat me to pick any. He walked me to the car to ensure the sticker was installed for the next oil change and was a true gentleman.

The dealership asked us to return with the car for a Pre Delivery Inspection because they forgot to do it. Promised us it would take no more than an hour. 4.5 hours later my wife with our newborn were finally given the keys. When trying to reach out to sales rep or GM about the delay and poor service they refused to answer, call back, or respond to emails. Car Buying Process 5/10. Service Process 0/10

Went there for one of service packages, however my car is experiencing another issue. I explained this to the gentleman. Who checked me in that my car had to be driven to confirm what I was telling him about the problem. When my car was finished, the rep said the mechanic didn’t see what I was explaining.
