We took our Kia Niro plug-in for a recall service. Kia.of.Bowie and Dave in service were polite, patient with my numerous questions and performed the repairs in the time frame they quoted; and the coffee was good and free. All in all, time well spent.
I took my car in for service and the representative, Jeremy, was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. He was communicative about the need to order parts for the service, guest amenities and relayed additional information about a potential problem to be mindful of in the future and finally escorted me to my car at the end to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. I was quite pleased with Jeremy and I indicated that he would be my main contact for any future concerns.

Since the first time I came to this dealership just to get my tire fixed the people here have been very nice very helpful about everything especially because I was at another BOWIE dealership, which is much further away from my house. They explained to me and told me that I could actually come to them instead.
It is very convenient from where I live. About 5 minutes away. Although Annapolis is 15 minutes it is not far either. My only complaint is service wait is so long. I was there today 41/2 hours. Not use to long waits when appointments are made.
